VOLUNTEER II – Advanced Framework for the Mitigation and Management of Flood and Multi-Hazard Risks Based on an Existing Civil Protection Cross-Border Network – is a cross-border civil protection project focused on strengthening preparedness, cooperation and response capacity in the field of flood and multi-hazard risk management.
